Bake Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies

As I lately have some time, I had been browsing on the web yesterday. Looking to find new, interesting tips, inspirational recipes that I've never tried before, to delight my family with. Searching for quite some time yet couldn't discover any interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this tempting and simple treat by chance. It seemed so tempting
on its image, it required instant action.
It absolutely was simple enough to imagine how it's made, how it tastes and just how much my hubby will love it. Mind you, it is rather easy to delight the man when it comes to treats. Anyways, I visited the blog: Ambitiouskitchen and simply used the precise instuctions that were coupled with great pictures of the task. It really makes life rather easy. I can imagine that it is a bit of a inconvenience to shoot photographs down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you usually have sticky hands so I really appreciate the time and effort she placed in to build this blogpost and recipe conveniently implemented.
With that in mind I'm encouraged to present my very own recipe similarly. Thanks for the idea.
I had been tweaking the main recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I've got to mention it turned out a terrific outcome. They prized the flavour, the overall look and enjoyed getting a treat like this during a lively week. They quite simply asked for lots more, more and more. Hence next time I'm not going to make the same miscalculation. I am going to double the volume to make them delighted.

No-Bake Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies
I have to apologize beforehand for these sinfully great tasting cookies… or cookie balls, whatever you would like to call them. My aunt produced these one year for Christmas and I was in heaven. After consuming about twenty of them I found out that they had three sticks of butter - ah! Therefore now I only make them once or twice a year because they'll seriously sit in my own fridge and I'll just eat them throughout the day.
You will need 1 1/2 cups of butter, 3 cups of oatmeal, 6 oz of chocolate chips, 3 1/3 cups of powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups of coconut flakes, and 1 tsp. vanilla. See, I informed you this is sinful.
I love the easiness of decorating these. By far, a little roll around in sanding sugars is the best.
How simple was that?
You can make any color beneath the sun and color-coordinate with the event. I'm warning you though, don't make these too often. I'm not responsible for any weight gain :)

floating island cake recipe type: Dessert
3 cups quick food preparation oats
6 oz. delicious chocolate chips
Mix all elements in a big bowl yourself. Form into small balls and move in sanding sugars. Keep refrigerated.
Great formula, definitely use the hands and arm muscles but really worth it We rolled mine in confectioners sugars by the end, Delicioso
Ended up with all.100! Various different sizes, which I wanted…sometimes you need just a little bit of lovely!

just curiously, just how many cookie balls did you get out of the dough?
I made about 1 inch size cookie balls (perhaps a little less) and got a minimum of 3 dozen
Well, it's even more sticky than runny, it's hard to make into balls. I did so everything exactly from the recipe. I might try to add more oats and see what happens.
Very strange! Leave the butter cold and try adding in even more oats is usually all I can think of. The dough should be very thick rather than too sticky-
The dough is too runny, it won't roll into balls and stay this way. What am I doing wrong?
I actually am totally and utterly deeply in love with this recipe! I enjoy coconut (and chocolates of couuurrsee!) however the oven we have is a comprehensive liability, so possessing a recipe that by goes by this issue is definitely fabulous! Lovely post indeed.
Let me know how you like them! They're very decadent. My hubby doesn't like them, but he also doesn't like coconut. I'm deeply in love with them!
