Total Preparation Time - 10 hours
Ripe Bananas - 2 (each weighed approximately 140 grams with skin on)
Condensed milk - six to eight 8 tablespoons (Sweetened)
Chocolate chips - 1 tablespoon or as needed (Optional)
Peel off your skin from the bananas.
Chop them into smaller sized pieces and put them into a bowl.
Freeze the pieces until they are half frozen. It will not become hard, but soft and completely chilled. (This may take upto 2 hours or 3 hours depending on the size of the pieces; In case your bananas are frozen hard then keep them outside for a while until they soften, hard freezing bananas could cause damage to your blender)
Now remove from your freezer and add them to a blender. Mix well until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Once it turns creamy, increase condensed dairy and blend again for just a few minutes.
Remove from your blender and transfer to a container.
Close the container and freeze again for 5 to 6 hours or until it turns company. (I froze it overnight, but it gets prepared in a couple of hours with regards to the quantity)
Serve when needed. (Best with some honey and nut products or choco chips and serve, you can use toppings as per your wish but choco potato chips and honey will go fantastically well with banana ice-cream)
