sugar free ice cream recipeAs I currently have a little time, I was looking on the web the other day. Trying to get new, intriguing tips, inspiring dishes that I've never tasted before, to delight my family with. Hunting for a long time unfortunately couldn't come across any interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this scrumptious and simple treat by chance. The dessert looked so fabulous on its snapshot, that called for rapid actions.
It absolutely was not so difficult to imagine how it is made, its taste and just how much boyfriend is going to like it. Mind you, it is very easy to keep happy the man in terms of cakes. Anyhow, I went to the blog: Ambitiouskitchen and simply followed the simple instuctions that were combined with nice pics of the method. It really makes life less difficult. I can imagine that it's a slight effort to shoot photographs in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you ordinarily have sticky hands and so i highly appreciate the commitment she placed in to build this post .
Having said that I'm encouraged to present my personal recipe in the same way. Many thanks for the thought.
I had been tweaking the main formula create it for the taste of my family. I must mention it turned out an awesome success. They enjoyed the flavour, the thickness and enjoyed having a treat such as this during a stressful week. They basically requested lots more, many more. Hence next time I am not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am gonna twin the volume to get them delighted.

Caramel Apple Pancakes
Juicy soft apple items enwrapped in vanilla and cinnamon fluffy pancakes, having a thick lovely caramel sauce.. all homemade!
With this intro, do I have to say more? This is breakfast. This was an accident. Type of. All I wanted was pancakes. But, you see, the way my brain works, I can't perform simple pancakes. I have to complicate my life. It's regular Karina.
And what came out from a pancake craving…well, let's just state, I'm not complaining. Because who doesn't want homemade caramel syrup first thing each day?
Rushing home from taking my babies to school each day, I needed pancakes banging inside my mind from one side to the other, again and again. But what type of pancakes? Then I heard the apples singing to me as I opened the entranceway and walked into the kitchen. Therefore. Caramel Apple Pancakes it really is. Or was. And refreshing from producing those Caramel Apple Chai Muffins a few days ago, I knew I needed them again. In pancake from. Because. Pancakes.
And lucky for meeeeee I put 2 apples needing and begging to become sliced open up and tampered with. One for inside the pancakes, and something for the caramel excellence happening outside, on top and all around the pancakes. Is there really every other way?
Pure heaven on the plate.
And the ones apple pieces in the cake fluffiness? Well oh em gee and slap me sideways. THE FINISH and Amen.
Caramel Apple Pancakes
1½ cups plain flour ( spelt or all purpose are fine)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 heaping tablespoons apple sauce (if you are in Australia, I simply utilize the Coles or Woolies brands)
2 tablespoons light butter (I take advantage of Flora light) or coconut oil
1 apple, cut finely
2 tablespoons light butter
¼ teaspoon floor cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking natural powder, sweetener/glucose and cinnamon. Make a well at the heart, and add the vanilla, egg, apple sauce, butter/coconut oil and milk, whisking until a even batter is created and clear of lumps. Flip the apples with the batter.
Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto a non stay skillet / griddle sprayed with food preparation oil (I use coconut essential oil), on low - medium heat.
Cook pancakes when you normally would, flipping when golden and removing when cooked through.
Meanwhile, help to make your caramel apples sauce in between flipping pancakes.
Caramel Apples:
Combine apples, butter, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla in a small saucepan. Make over low temperature until butter is usually melted. Add half of the milk while stirring and provide to a mild simmer. When the syrup begins to thicken, add all of those other milk, stirring once again, and simmer on low high temperature until apples are smooth. Set aside and watch the caramel magic happen while it thickens right into a heavenly caramel syrup!
Meanwhile, help to make the pancakes!
To serve, place 3 pancakes on plate with apple syrup. Choice: best with smashed nuts
