As I currently have some time, I had been looking on the internet last week. Looking for new, fascinating tips, inspiring recipes that I've never used before, to surprise my loved ones with. Searching for quite some time yet could not discover lots of interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this yummy and simple treat by chance. The dessert seemed so delightful on its photo, that required immediate actions.
It absolutely was not difficult to imagine the way it is made, how it tastes and just how much my husband will probably love it. Mind you, it is very simple to delight the guy when it comes to cakes. These fajitas are perfect and I totally recommend you try this chicken fajitas recipe. We implemented it almost precisely - we made a small modification by substituting cayenne pepper for the jalapeño because I forgot to buy one. I don't believe it was a huge enough switch to screw it up.
Poultry Fajitas Recipe
Make everyone pleased with this poultry fajitas recipe. Poultry fajitas are perfect recipe for family members meals! - everyone can make their own fajitas.
2 teaspoons brownish sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2-2.5 pounds boneless chicken breast,
4 bell peppers (green, red, discolored, orange), sliced up into thin strips
2 sweet yellowish onions, halved and sliced up thin
Flour tortillas
In a small bowl combine all the marinade ingredients and combine well. Place the chicken breasts in a single bowl and the peppers and onions in another. Pour half the marinade over the vegetables and the other half over the chicken. Combine well, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Remove the poultry and vegetables through the refrigerator. Prepare your grill for high heat. Grill the poultry on both sides until it has already reached an internal temperatures of 165 degrees F. Remove from grill, cover and set aside.
Then grill your vegetables until tender - on the subject of 10 minutes. If using a traditional barbeque grill, I recommend utilizing a grill basket. Toss occasionally.
Cover your tortillas in a wet paper towel and warm in the microwave to 10 seconds right before serving.
Cut the chicken into strips. To serve, place poultry within a warmed tortilla, best with vegetables and then with you topping of choice.
