Week 11 of Sundays With Pleasure brought us to some recipe I have already been eying since We initial opened the publication.

Almond Joy Glaciers Cream
1 may of sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup of slivered almonds
For the Topping:
1/2 cup veggie oil
In your electric mixer whip coconut milk until foamy. Pour in sweetened condensed milk whip for 2 a few minutes.
In the mean time period toast your coconut. Sprinkle within a slim layer on the cooking sheet bake bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes. Mine took 6. After the coconut is really a light golden dark brown remove from range and cool.
Fold cooled coconut and almonds into the milk mixture.
Pour right into a refrigerator proof dish/container. Place in the fridge for 2 hours. Mix.
Return to freezer for yet another 2 hours.
Walla... you have ice cream!
For the chocolates coating, place chocolate and oil within a double boiler blend until it is melted and combined. Remove from high temperature and allow to cool a bit at room temperature. I let mine fascinating for 15 minutes.
Pour over glaciers cream servings.Chocolates should harden a bit as it reaches the cold snow cream. Joys was a harder chocolates shell where mine was even more fudge like and a bit softer... but it did develop a chocolate shell.
