sugar free ice creamsAs I recently have some time, I had been browsing on the web a few days ago. Attempting to find fresh, interesting thoughts, inspiring dishes that I have never tasted before, to surprise my loved ones with. Searching for a while yet couldn't find any interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this yummy and simple treat by chance. It looked so fabulous on its image, it called for instant action.
It absolutely was not difficult to imagine how it's made, how it tastes and just how much my husband is going to love it. Mind you, it is quite simple to impress the man when it comes to cakes. Yes, I'm a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyway, I got into the blog: Ambitiouskitchen and then followed the detailed instuctions that have been accompanied by great shots of the task. It really makes life much easier. I can imagine that it is a bit of a hassle to take pics in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you may normally have sticky hands and so i pretty appreciate the hard work she placed in to build this post .
That being said I am inspired presenting my own formulas in a similar way. Appreciate your the concept.
I had been fine tuning the main formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to say it was a great success. They prized the flavour, the overall look and enjoyed getting a delicacy like this during a busy workweek. They ultimately demanded lots more, more and more. Hence the next occasion I'm not going to commit the same mistake. I'm likely to double the quantity .

Too many. So, I made my own. Duh.
I must say, I'm a little enthusiastic about the coconut in general right now. I love the sweet flakes for cooking, the essential oil for practically anything, and the milk is proving to become everything I possibly could ever wish to use it for, and more!
It takes a little bit of period and attention within the stove best, but this solid, sweet, and nearly syrupy (without having to be too nice, if that makes sense?) sweetened condensed dairy is nothing short of a cooking miracle! And ya know, it's Chanukah (I'll always and permanently spell it the CH method, so that I could pronounce it therefore), that is all about wonders, so I thought I'd give out mine. It's not quite as cool being a light that endures for 8 times, but I mean, I really love food, therefore i found it pretty darn exciting.
Obviously, this is only the beginning because of this coconut milk. You couldn't possibly think I produced just the coconut milk without special things to utilize it for, right??
2 cans full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
Heat coconut dairy and brown glucose together within a medium sized pot over medium heat whisking constantly until mix thickens and reduces to about 1/2-2/3 of primary. This takes about thirty minutes. When dairy is finished, it'll coat the back of a spoon as seen in the above photos. Let cool, then store in an airtight pot within the refrigerator.

Hallo there! I'm extremely keen to make a vegan condensed dairy for a number of decadent goodies, but alas I am allergic to coconut milk and everything its bits (except coconut essential oil, shockingly - apparently different parts are used.
Could you recommend an alternative? Could something like a soy cream be a viable substitute?
I love this idea, but mine didn't come out perfectly 🁠It under no circumstances surely got to the consistency of yours. And it got an 1.5 hours on the stove to reduce to anything substantial, but never ooey-gooey, just thicker. After air conditioning and refrigeration, it came out more like a gritty paste. What proceeded to go wrong? Some tips about what I did:
-2 cans of complete unwanted fat coconut milk…zero stabilizers or thickeners added, could that be the problem?

Continuously whisked for thirty minutes about med heat, very little change in consistency.
Whisked yet another 30 minutes, still no substational alter, aside from the discomfort in my arm.
For the next thirty minutes, I tried whisking with my other arm and proved that, while still clumsy and awkward, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.
I'm sure section of my issue is that it is overcooked, however the issue is, why did I hardly ever reach the required consistency? What make of coconut milk did you utilize?
