As I currently have a little time, I was surfing on the internet last week. Looking to find fresh, exciting ideas, inspirational dishes that We have never used before, to amaze my loved ones with. Looking for quite some time but could not discover lots of interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this fabulous and simple treat by chance. The dessert looked so scrumptious on its photo, that called for rapid actions.

NB. Nice amandine gives a great account of how she sterilises her jars in preparation for jam making and once these are filled with jam. Here when i only produced three jars, I will simply maintain them in the refrigerator and use them within about one month.
