Just before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this tempting and easy dessert by luck on ambitiouskitchen. The dessert seemed so yummy on its photos, it called for urgent actions.
It had been not so difficult to imagine how it is created, its taste and just how much my hubby will probably enjoy it. Actually, it is very simple to delight the guy when it comes to desserts. I had been tweaking the initial formula to make it for the taste of my family. I've got to say it turned out a terrific success. Grease a 12x15 inches pan.
Within a medium-size pot, combine sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, whipping cream, and butter. Monitor the heat of the mix using a candy thermometer while stirring. When the thermometer gets to 250 levels F (120 degrees C) remove the pot from heat.
Mix in vanilla. Transfer blend to the prepared pan and let the mixture cool completely. When cooled cut the Carmel into little squares and wrap them in wax paper for storage.
