As I recently have some time, I was looking on the web yesterday. Attempting to find fresh, stirring tips, inspiring recipes that We have never used before, to delight my family with. Hunting for quite some time but couldn't come across any interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I found this yummy and simple treat simply by chance. It looked so tempting
on its pic, that called for fast action.

This is pretty yummy, and I thought the theory to utilize the egg whites being a tortilla was genius!
Here are my ideas for next time - I'll keep the tortillas" within a warm oven, because they got cold quickly and it wasn't appealing.
Also, I'll certainly scramble the yolks (maybe with an added full egg or two) separately and add them to the veggies after cooking.
