As I recently have a little time, I was browsing on the web a few days ago. Trying to find new, interesting thoughts, inspirational recipes that I have never tested before, to impress my family with. Hunting for a long time unfortunately could not find any interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came across this yummy and easy dessert simply by chance. The dessert seemed so fabulous on its snapshot, that called for immediate actions.
It was not difficult to imagine the way it's made, its taste and just how much my husband will probably enjoy it. Mind you, it is rather easy to keep happy the guy when it comes to desserts. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or possibly he is.Anyhow, I visited the website: Ambitiouskitchen and simply used the step-by-step instuctions that were coupled with great pictures of the method. It just makes life much simpler. I could suppose it's a bit of a effort to take photographs in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may will often have gross hands so I pretty appreciate the commitment she devote to make this post and recipe conveniently implemented.
That being said I'm encouraged to present my personal recipe in a similar fashion. Appreciate your the idea.
I was fine tuning the main recipe create it for the taste of my family. I can say that it was an awesome outcome. They prized the flavour, the consistency and loved having a delicacy like this in the middle of a lively week. They basically asked for lots more, more and more. Thus the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am likely to double the amount .

This recipe has only 5 ingredients. This is my Nan's recipe. We always make 2.
395 g condensed milk
Use Nice biscuits for the can add a bit more lemon if you like it tarter. We add fresh whipped cream and fruit to the top. We've added chocolate to the cheese mixture. Different biscuits may be substituted.

Loved the taste and so super easy to make. May have to experiment with gelatine for it to carry together and never run every-where.
Great, simple recipe! Not a cheesecake fan but this recipe isn't too rich and heavy. Have used this one for a long time, using granita and ginger nuts for a difference!

This is the same recipe my mum has used forever! A tip she gave me is always to juice real lemons, and make sure they've a little green on them, that can help the setting. Not sure why, but it works!
This is the recipe I've always made - lovely smooth consistency and tangy flavour. I usually top with fresh fruit cooked with a little sugar and some cornflour paste for a jelly-like set. Sticky milk cheesecakes are the most readily useful! For those who have trouble with setting, it may be the lemon juice - that's what sets the mixture, along with the chilling. I have used lemon juice from a bottle and it still sets perfectly - just try adding a little more lemon juice.
