Attempting to find new, challenging tips, inspiring recipes that We have never tested before, to impress my family with. Searching for a while unfortunately couldn't find too many interesting things. Just before I thought to give up on it, I stumbled on this yummy and easy dessert simply by accident at ambitiouskitchen. It looked so mouth-watering on its image, that called for immediate action.
It was not so difficult to imagine just how it is created, its taste and just how much my husband is going to enjoy it. Mind you, it is extremely easy to delight the man in terms of puddings. Anyway, I visited the blog and used the precise instuctions that had been combined with superb pictures of the operation. It just makes life quite easy. I could suppose it's a slight hassle to shoot photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you may typically have gross hands thus i seriously appreciate the commitment she put in to make this post and recipe conveniently implemented.
With that said I'm inspired presenting my personal dishes in a similar way. Thanks for the concept.
I had been tweaking the initial formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to say that it was an incredible success. They loved the flavour, the consistency and enjoyed having a sweet like this in the middle of a stressful workweek. They ultimately asked for lots more, many more. Thus the next occasion I'm not going to commit the same mistake. I am going to twin the volume .

Juicy soft apple pieces enwrapped in vanilla and cinnamon fluffy pancakes, having a thick sweet caramel sauce.. all homemade!
With this intro, do I have to say more? This was breakfast. This is an accident. Sort of. All I wanted was pancakes. But, the thing is, just how my brain works, I can't do simple pancakes. I must complicate my entire life. It's regular Karina.
And what arrived from a pancake craving…well, let's just say, I'm not complaining. Because who doesn't wish homemade caramel syrup first thing in the morning?
Rushing house from acquiring my babies to school in the morning, I had developed pancakes banging inside my head from one part to the other, again and again. But what type of pancakes? Then I noticed the apples singing to me when i opened the door and walked into the kitchen. Therefore. Caramel Apple Pancakes it really is. Or was. And clean from producing those Caramel Apple Chai Muffins several days back, I knew I wanted them again. In pancake from. Because. Pancakes.
And lucky for meeeeee I had fashioned 2 apples needing and begging to become sliced open and tampered with. One for inside the pancakes, and something for the caramel excellence happening outside, at the top and all over the pancakes. Is there really every other way?
Pure heaven on a plate.
And those apple pieces inside the cake fluffiness? Well oh em gee and slap me sideways. THE FINISH and Amen.
Caramel Apple Pancakes
1½ cups ordinary flour ( spelt or all purpose are okay)
2 teaspoons cooking powder
2 heaping tablespoons apple sauce (if you are in Australia, I simply use the Coles or Woolies brands)
2 tablespoons light butter (I take advantage of Flora light) or coconut oil
1 apple, chopped finely
2 tablespoons light butter
¼ teaspoon surface cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium sized dish, combine almond flour cake recipe, baking natural powder, sweetener/sugars and cinnamon. Make a well in the centre, and add the vanilla, egg, apple sauce, butter/coconut essential oil and dairy, whisking until a soft batter is shaped and clear of lumps. Collapse the apples through the batter.
Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto a non stick pan / griddle sprayed with food preparation oil (I take advantage of coconut essential oil), on low - medium heat.
Cook pancakes when you normally would, flipping when golden and removing when cooked through.
Meanwhile, produce your caramel apples sauce among flipping pancakes.
Caramel Apples:
Combine apples, butter, glucose, cinnamon and vanilla in a little saucepan. Cook over low high temperature until butter is normally melted. Add fifty percent of the milk while stirring and bring to a gentle simmer. When the syrup begins to thicken, add the rest of the milk, stirring again, and simmer on low temperature until apples are smooth. Set aside and watch the caramel magic happen while it thickens right into a heavenly caramel syrup!
Meanwhile, make the pancakes!
To serve, place 3 pancakes on plate with apple syrup. Option: best with crushed nuts
