Just before I wanted to give up on it, I ran across this delicious and easy dessert simply by chance. The dessert looked so tempting

It was simple enough to imagine how it is made, how it tastes and just how much my hubby will want it. Mind you, it is rather easy to keep happy the man in terms of desserts. ½ teaspoon salt
2 mugs diced apples
1 cup granulated sugar
For the Topping:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Squirt muffin tins with bakers spray or coating well with shortening or butter and flour, making sure to discard any extra flour through the tins after coating.
Sift collectively flour, baking natural powder, salt, and cinnamon within a moderate bowl. Set aside.
Toss together diced apples and 2 teaspoons of flour to layer apples in another bowl. Reserve.
