As I lately have a little time, I was searching on the web last week. In search of new, interesting ideas, inspirational dishes that We have never tried before, to surprise my family with. Searching for a long time but could not find lots of interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I ran across this fabulous and easy treat simply by chance. It seemed so delightful on its photo, that called for instant action.
It had been easy to imagine how it is made, how it tastes and just how much boyfriend is going to enjoy it. Actually, it is extremely easy to please the guy in terms of treats. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyhow, I got into the website: Ambitiouskitchen and then used the step-by-step instuctions that had been coupled with superb photographs of the process. It just makes life much simpler. I can suppose it's a slight inconvenience to take photographs in the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you typically have gross hands thus i highly appreciate the effort and time she placed in to build this blogpost .
That being said I am encouraged to present my own, personal recipe in a similar fashion. Thanks for the concept.
I was tweaking the initial recipe create it for the taste of my family. I must tell you that it was a terrific outcome. They prized the taste, the thickness and loved having a treat such as this in the midst of a busy week. They basically wanted even more, more and more. Hence next time I'm not going to commit the same miscalculation. I'm likely to double the quantity .

This Butternut Squash and Cranberry Galette isn't quite sweet and isn't quite savory. It's perfect for a holiday side or appetizer!

S'mores Cheesecake
¾ cups Melted Butter
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
In a little bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Stir until all combined. Pour right into a 10-inch springform pan. Pat mixture up the sides and on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup mini marshmallows then drizzle with fudge topping. Chill while preparing the cheesecake.
Combine cream cheese and condensed milk in a mixer on low speed until smooth. Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, until blended, but do not over mix. Stir in chocolate chips and 1 cup of marshmallows. Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes or until almost set. Sprinkle with an additional ½ cup of mini marshmallows and come back to oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen. Chill overnight then remove sides of pan. Just before serving, break up items of graham cracker and stick in the top, and then drizzle with more warmed fudge topping.

Glad you enjoyed it, lydiajo!! We think it's pretty fantastic!
Very easy, very yum. My sister in law told me that it looked like it came out of a magazine. thanks!
Oh My Heavens!!! I think my heart just skipped a beat! Love smores and love cheesecake. Put the two together, genius. Cant wait to try this.
Can't wait to whip this one up Ms. V! ~Megan
Easy and delicious! I made it exactly as described for a family gathering, and it got rave reviews. As others have said, all the marshmallows that were mixed in with the filling rose up to the very best while cooking. They got a bit too toasty" looking (I just covered them with some more marshmallows that I only lightly browned, and added graham crackers and chocolate sauce to cover the rest of the overly-toasty ones). This all ended up being a matter of aesthetics, and did not effect the taste at all. I'll definitely be making this again!
I all messed up and it came out a bit wonky because of it. Whoops. It still tasted insanely good! Thanks for the recipe! Next time, I'll pay more attention and I'm sure it'll be incredible the way it was meant to be
this was definitely delicious…. the only change i'll make next time is to omit the layer of marshmallows / hot fudge sauce at the bottom of the cake. all it did was make underneath crust candy-like, and i enjoy the crust the way it's supposed to be. but other than that, this is a complete winner. i'm going to be making this again, that's without a doubt!
Made this for my hubby for his birthday! It was DELICIOUS! The only change I made was that I didn't add any marshmallows to the very best at the end- for whatever reason all of the marshmallows I mixed in rose to the top of the cake and were nicely toasted by the end of the baking so I did not think it needed more. So tasty though and am regretting that I only surely got to eat one piece before hubby scarfed the rest down!
I made this for church. Everybody loved it. Mine weren't as pretty as yours but they were delicious!
