As I lately have some time, I had been searching on the internet last week. Attempting to find fresh, intriguing tips, inspiring recipes that I've never used before, to treat my loved ones with. Searching for a long time but could not come across too many interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I found this fabulous and simple treat simply by chance. It seemed so fabulous on its pic, it called for rapid actions.
It absolutely was not so difficult to imagine the way it's created, its taste and how much my husband will probably enjoy it. Mind you, it is quite easy to keep happy the man when it comes to puddings. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or maybe he is.Anyhow, I visited the blog: Suncakemom and used the precise instuctions that were combined with great pics of the task. It just makes life rather easy. I can suppose it is a slight hassle to shoot photographs in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you will often have sticky hands so that i really appreciate the commitment she put in to make this post .
That being said I am empowered presenting my own, personal recipe in a similar way. Thanks for the concept.
I was fine tuning the main formula create it for the taste of my family. I can tell you it had been a great success. They loved the flavour, the thickness and loved getting a treat such as this in the midst of a busy week. They basically requested even more, many more. Hence the next time I am not going to commit the same miscalculation. I'm going to twin the volume to get them happy.

Low Carb Muffins With Chocolate Chips
Easy to prepare chocolate chips muffins for chocolate lovers. Make your day with this delightful muffins and enjoy them with your tea or coffee.
Course: Dessert
Servings: 24
Egg beater or mixer
Scale or measuring cup
Mixing bowl
Muffin tray
Muffin baking cups I use silicone ones, they make your life easier
Kitchen gloves
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
4 oz / 100g Chocolate chips sugar free
Instructions
Preheat the oven 180°C / 365°F
Prepare muffin tray with the muffin baking cups. Set it aside.
Measure flour in a measuring cup or on a scale.
Mix baking powder into the flour evenly.
Break the eggs one by one and put them into the mixing bowl.
Pour honey into the mixing bowl with the eggs.
Beat eggs until get a light yellow mixture. It would take 5-10 minutes. Be patient.
Pour in the vanilla extract as well.
If you want your muffins super chocolatey this is the opportunity to mix the cocoa powder in with the eggs. If you decides to have the simple version of it, skip this step.
Carefully fold in the flour with the eggs. If the batter is too hard to stir, put the water in alternating between the flour and the water.
Finally pour chocolate chips into the batter and mix it in carefully but evenly.
Spoon pastry into the muffin holders. It has to be 2 or 3 spoonful per holder.
Pop muffin tray into the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
